- Please call us at 206-828-6868 if you think your pet might be having an emergency. Our staff can let you know if you have options for stabilization at home, can let you know of any wait times, and give you information about safe transport of your pet.
- If your pet is currently at your primary care veterinary clinic, please have your veterinarian contact us DIRECTLY to discuss the case. We will provide your pet with the most seamless care if we are able to discuss the case and obtain copies of medical records, imaging and current medication list. Medical records can be emailed to info@tves.vet.
- Please bring ANY medications your pet is receiving with you with the bottles and prescription labels.
- Do NOT give your pet any medication without speaking to a veterinarian first. Some human medications can be deadly to dogs, cats or other pets.
Payment Information
- Full payment is required at the time of service. An estimate will be provided for recommended diagnostics and/or treatments.
- We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, and Scratchpay.
- CareCredit and Scratchpay offer financing options and you can apply prior to arrival on their websites. **Please note that our facility only accepts some CareCredit plans**
- We are happy to assist with submission of pet insurance claims to your pet’s insurance provider. Please note that most insurance providers will NOT pay us directly so payment must come from you first and then you can file a claim for reimbursement.
